Tammy Krauter, Dietary Manager
I was born in Anderson, Indiana. I spent my entire childhood there and graduated from Highland High. My first job there was in a restaurant as a cook, and I became the manager by the time I was 18 years old.
In 1983 I moved to Garden County, Nebraska where I spent the next 24 years raising my son and daughter. I worked in a gauge factory until it closed and then became the head cook for Garden County Health Services.
In addition to my full time position, I volunteered at Meals on Wheels cooking and delivering food for elders.
In 2008, I relocated to Casper, Wyoming where I’ve been cooking for elders. I’m excited to work at Garden Square Assisted Living as the dietary manager, sharing my cooking experience and passion with this wonderful community.
The staff and elders at Garden Square have invited me into their family with open arms.
